Hi all,

These are pictures of our first trip with the wonderful team at “Cabo Magic”. Everything was done in a totally professional way without losing the intimacy of a friendly group of people all the way down to the bait providers. We were able to catch a ‘first’ marlin for both my nephew and my granddaughter, as well as a marlin for myself and a large dorado for my other granddaughter. We had a GREAT time and highly recommend “Cabo Magic” to anyone thinking about open water fishing in Cabo. We can’t wait for our next trip in July. Cabo Magic Rules.

I must insist THANK YOU. The Cabo Magic Dos and the crew was The best (mucho Chinggon). Charlie and Raphel were professional in every way possible. They were a pleasure to be with for 4 days. You and your business are fortunate to have them. The boat was clean, the gear was great, overall just an increbable trip. The first day we caught a 140 lb marlin, a 78,76,20,10 lb dorados, and 2 tuna. The action was great and the crew responded perfect. The other days were also great and on the last day got a 100 lb Sail fish and 45, 15,10 lb Dorados. Also a skipjack tuna. We WILL be back and WILL use Cabo Magic again. Dear Cabo Magic

We decided to return to Cabos for our 14th Wedding Anniversary which was June 10th. Things are a little, lets say tight, so we decided to stay at Mar de Cortez which you suggested. Schulzie says we are going to stay there every time we come back from now on! We really appreciate your suggestion. No frills or beach views, but we spent so little time in the room. The rooms were clean and efficient. We spent time lounging at the pool and made new friends which is always a plus when on vacation. We enjoyed our dorado and pargo at Spencers and Crazy Lobster, and didnt spend a fortune to do so. We just cant thank you enough for helping us to spread our dollars and pesos out. We really enjoyed ourselves and like you said, we paid for what we got and got what we paid for. If any photos came out I will ask Schultzie to send them. Otherwise we have another very memorable and very magic experience thanks to all of you.

Here are all the pictures we have at this time....

We have had such a great experience year after year with your team. They always make the experience a great one. If it is just me, or it is my Wife and I – we always have the best time. Although I must admit when I take her with me – with out a doubt she gets the bigger fish.

Check out the picture of Amy with the 87 pound Dorado! What a catch!!

This year Day 1 caught and released 3 Striped Marlin....unheard of right? To top off the day we were 45 minutes late getting back in because of the fight on the 3rd Marlin (over 200lbs) pictured doing the dance across the water in the photo.
Day 2 we got into so many Dorado that at one point the first mate (Chato) and I both had to fight the fish at the same time to keep the rods bent
We caught 9 in all on the second day.

We are now totally exclusive to Cabo Magic for the best fishing every year!

Dear Cabo Magic,

We had a great time fishing with Carlos and Raphael during our "deep sea fishing" adventure while on our honeymoon! Not only did we enjoy the fishing, but Carlos also took the time to show us the famous Cabo Arch and was always on the lookout to show us other ocean animals (dolphins, whales, turtles, and even a shark). The experience exceeded our expectations and we will be sure to recommend Cabo Magic to anyone we know that will be visiting Cabo.

I'm so sorry it's taken me a week to send you a note but I wanted to let you know what a WONDERFUL time we all had in Cabo for John's 40th b-day. His family fell in love with Cabo (we were already in love with it!) and the whole trip was awesome...due in no small part to you and all you did to help us organize it!!! That was really going above and beyond!

And how exactly did you manage the birthday cake on top of everything else? : )

You are the best. We really believe that Cabo will be our home one day in the not too distant future and we hope that we will finally get to meet you.

Memorial Day 2009

Hola Team Cabo Magic from your amigos Terry and Daniella! We are here in Cabo having a blast for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and you are a good part of it all! We had such a great time, as usual, fishing with you. This was our 4th year and its always different but always a definite 'Magic' experience for sure! Terry fought and released his marlin - yea - and I reeled in a yellowtail. We also caught two tuna and we had sashimi when we got back to the marina it was so delish! We are here for the rest of the week and may have to fish another day!
Our thanks and as you always say in your email best fishes - Terry and Daniella from Coburg Hills, Oregon but writing from our fabulous suite at the Fiesta Americana.

just wanted to thank you both for hookin us up with a fun two days of fishing. unfortunately u cant control the fish or the ocean but we both had a great time and are def gonna come back in october of probably 2010. Heres a couple of photos from the trip thanks again

Erich and I had an absolute BLAST last week. I LOVE showing off the fish and squid we got. I have to say it was one of the best life experiences thus far.

Sierra Sierra Sierra (Spanish Mackeral) is in great abundance - makes delicious ceviche and is excellent grilled. It is an inshore species that will not venture offshore. Sierra is much like Pompano for those that are more familiar with that name. The flesh is sweet - In USA sushi bars, it is often served drizzled with Ponzu for the perfect taste..

Jurel (YellowTail) "Hamachi" in sushi bars is also providing great inshore catching action. This scrumptious fish can be enjoyed sashimi-style, sushi style or grilled.

Dorado "Mahi Mahi" the great acrobat is delighting VIP Guests on and off boats. Lots of great action on the water, and once boated they are absolutely scrumptious prepared several ways - Empanizado which is breaded, or with garlic, or veracruz style - most restaurants offer their own special variations & sauces. Provecho ~ Enjoy!

Yellowfin Tuna - "ATUN" awesome eating - fresh - sashimi - ceviche - con soy y wasabi y chile y salditas ...
Now thats what we're talking about! Muy buen provecho!

This was our first visit to Cabo and wont be our last. Thank you for spending so much time speaking with my husband and I on the phone as we had endless questions for you. Every recommendation and suggestion you made was incredible especially the ones we will forever keep a secret "wink wink"!! We will see you again and hope to bring friends with us next time.

We had a great fishing experience with Cabo Magic! In the first hour we boated a 5 ft’ 140 lb Striped Marlin, which we released and then got a Dorado which got filleted and grilled! An all around outstanding experience!
