After a spectacular first time visit to Cabo San Lucas it took an entire week to return to earth!

Words simply cant describe the trip - so we hope the photos captured our feelings.

Thanks to all of you for an amazing time. We will be back!

Hola Tommy, Lori, Jim, Oscar and all my new amigos at Cabo Magic!

Just home from our trip and before doing anything else we had to send a Muchas Gracias to all of you!!!

Amazing is the best way to describe it - fishing on your Shamrock Express was the highlight of an incredible first and definitely not last trip! So glad our friend Neal told us to call you.

Hope there will be more choices for airlines to make the trip less chaotic :(

Hey Tommy Very Impressed!!

The wife and I decided to go to Cabo San Lucas for spring break with our 3 teenage boys. Becky spoke for well over an hour with your wife Lori. I asked around and several coworkers said call Cabo Magic.

Glad we took the 3rd day. All tolled we released 6 marlins and kept 1 big bull dorado, 2 medium dorado, 1 wahoo.

You are absolutely right Captain Franky really knows his stuff.

Becky loved the yacht and is already making plans for us to come back this summer. Way to go man.
Y'all hooked us up!

Hey Lori - we loved our time aboard your 52' Riviera. We are all camera shy so heres a shot we took from inside.

The Captain and mate were outstanding. Attentive and helpful but not pushy.

We released a marlin, played with another few that just would not bite. We boated a skipjack.

It was not a terribly productive day but we all had a blast. We saw whales, now THAT was amazing, and a turtle. So here too is a picture of a whales tail that was beyond words.

My 10 year old son Dylan is hooked now (pun intended) so it looks like we will be calling again soon.

Oscar was terrific and went above and beyond just like you said he would.

Thanks for helping make our Cabo San Lucas experience world class and definitely very magical!

All in all a great way to spend spring break.

Dear Tommy and Lori,

On behalf of myself and my colleagues thank you for a wonderful and magic experience. Start to finish just great.

On the 4 boats we fished aboard, your professional crews and staff made us feel comfortable with ease of communication and charming personalities.

Oscars efforts were appreciated particularly by 5'4" 130# Roger who relied on Oscar to help him reel in a fish that was at least twice his size!

We will be back, just not soon enough!

What an amazing trip!

Lori thank you for taking my hand and making sure all my many questions were answered!

It was more than kind of you to assist on everything from transfers to activities .. you gave us information and directions with a smile in your voice and kindness in your heart.

My husband and his friends fished on three different boats with you. Each day they came back happy and with wonderful stories of their day.

Dear Lori,

You and your husband are so fortunate - Cabo is a wonderful paradise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and as you remarked that it wont be our last, we've decided to return - when Roger gets thru with the hectic time associated with April 15th.

Thank you for suggesting we stay in San Jose Del Cabo. As others have written about, I too comment on your asking questions and acute listening skills. Your willingness to spend so much time with me discussing things other than fishing was priceless!

Next time we hope you will accept our dinner invitation!

Like many others have written, your overall attention to detail is more than just impressive. To those of us with discrimating taste, your way of doing business ensures clients satisfaction.

Our 2 days of fishing aboard Pegasus couldnt have been better. Everyone aboard had time fighting and catching! We enjoyed fresh ceviche and fish tacos while aboard.

Our stay at the villa you recommended was incredible. The chef and his staff, the singer and band were perfect for our private get togethers in the evenings.

Everything was indeed MAGIC!

I'm a Senior Vice President with Weber Logisitics. What I do involves detail and logisitics, therefore everyone thought I was best suited to discern who to fish with in Cabo. None of us knew anything about sport fishing or Cabo.

I searched, lurked and read forums that offered regular posters recommendations and favorites. I called most of them and also called Cabo Magic, who surprisingly was not a recommendation on most of the forums.

I asked alot of questions. Lori asked me as many questions as I asked her. I tested her knowledge and patience. I called many times with a new series of questions. She provided much valuable information well before we decided to fish with them.

As a group of twelve we discussed the various companies and I suggested they call Lori to see for themselves. They did. We unanimously chose Cabo Magic.

Lori promised that when we were handed off to the boys (her words) were were in great hands and we were! We fished on 3 boats: M Luhrs, Grey Light and Express. The boats were as displayed and described and most importantly, all of us agreed the crews were fantastic. They did everything to make us feel welcome and engage us in the activities we were there for. Our Spanish, their English, lots of laughter and a few caught fish made for wonderful memories. Again at Loris recommendation, we had the fish cooked at Solomons Landing and as part of a large wedding group, it was a great contribution to the group that did not go fishing. Incidentally, the wedding party benefitted from Lori's candid information.

Honestly I dont think any one of us will become sport fishing addicts, however, it is easy to see why Cabo is so popular.

Thanks are extended to Lori, Tommy, Captains Moro, Charlie and Jose, the mates and everyone associated with Cabo Magic. We were given the opportunity to create our own very magic experiences and we absolutely did!

The fishing trip was the highlight of our adventures. Jeff took some fantastic photos too, and I suspect he’ll be sending them along soon if he hasn’t done so already.

I hope you’ll share any of these photos with Chardy and Cha Cha that you think they might enjoy.

We feasted on our catch, and there was PLENTY for you to take some steaks. Your generosity is impossible for us to repay.

Just a quick note to let you know that not only were our expectations met but far exceeded!! The yacht was everything and more than we could have hoped, and the crew was outstanding. We will email you some pictures once we collect from the other guests. Lori, you did a wonderful job on organization and the beautiful flower arrangements. We will obviously be looking to spend more time on The Spirit in the future. If anyone needs a reference please pass along our contact information. One of our guests is past president of the Congress of Neurosurgeons and does site visits for their conferences. He loved the One and Only and The Spirit. Hopefully, he will consider your yacht for a function should the Congress find themselves in Cabo or Vancouver.

Time is definitely flying. Our trip was amazing. Sorry we couldnt meet up, perhaps our next trip.

feliz ano nuevo

i wanted to send our best wishes for a merry christmas and a happy new year to both of you and all my pals at cmsf in a more timely manner, but life throws curves when we never see 'em coming.

on a sad note, i lost my dad just before christmas. he became suddenly ill and passed 11 days later. seems since his passing, i've been more or less set adrift on an aimless voyage of sorrow and loss.

on a happier note, i've learned and rediscovered those truly important blessings and things about life we all sometimes cast aside in the clutter of living. the very best thing about having real friends is not having to apologize for neglecting those very friendships. there have and will always be those i know i can lean on when needed, physically, emotionally. you have no idea how often my thoughts wandered to you, filled with the promise of wonderful memories yet to be made, shared, and always cherished. as our grief subsides i find it easier and easier to cling to a life already filled with a treasure trove of wonderful times spent and shared - and sooo many of those memories with dad were made in mexico. he loved being there, great times filled with his unique passion for living, laughing, and loving. I am truly blessed to have loved a man so rare.

with an ever keener sense of the words and the meaning behind them, my wish for you in this new year is for health, happiness, peace and love.

Hey Lori! Thanks for hooking us up (get it?) with Hector and Oscar and Omar. It was pretty slow in the morning, but we got busy in the afternoon. Nothing was that big, but we snagged 4 yellowfin and 2 white tuna. A lot of good eating last night and today. Happy holidays! Talk to you next year.

It was a pleasure getting to meet both of you. I would like to Thank-You for all the hospitality. You have an excellent crew with the very friendly Captain Hector, Oscar, & Omar, please say hi for us. Tommy knew what he was doing with his choices. Capt. Hector moves that boat around perfectly. Oscar and Omar moves quickier than quick and is constantly trying multiple lures for the ones that ultimately did work to catch fish for us. And boy did it work for us. My dad, husband, and I had a good trip. We all hooked in to a once in a life time 150# Marlin plus the beautiful Dorado and exceptionally strong Yellow fin Tunas. Cabo Magic made our vacation a true vacation - Fun, relaxing, & exciting! Dreams really do come true. Thanks a million!!!
